Pig tail – impulse vs. reason

Impulse vs. reason is a constant struggle where two mutually exclusive entities move in a continuous pig tail spiral of contradiction to each other and any advance for one is a regression for the other.

As adults, our impulse to allow emotion to overpower reason is an arduous quest to capture a pig with a slippery tail. And pig in hand, no conceivable indulgence, crime or folly is beyond consideration. Meanwhile a real pig tail seems to curl in little ambling spiral loops, just the way an innocent child would draw the tail of a pig if asked to do so…
