About the Artist:
Bernard Buffet, French (1928-1999), was a painter, etcher, lithographer, designer and occasional sculptor. Buffet was a proponent of the modernist movement Expressionism and a member of the anti-abstract art group “L’homme Témoin”. [DES-11/14]
