About the Artist
Lilli Ladewig (fl. 2007) is a German painter. Ladewig has a university degree in math and physics from Freie Universität in Berlin and studies art at the Universität der Künste (UdK), Berlin.
Ladewig paints about the human condition with personal experiences as the source of her inspiration, also drawing on her extensive travels in Europe and America and five years living in Mexico. She works with large format paintings in acrylics with intense colors and a harmonious equilibrium of composition. [DES-01/11]
