National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day

National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day

23rd April, 2010

National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day. Mangalitza pigs are literally pigs in blankets. This is not a food entry on cabbage rolls; it’s a blanket statement and a shaggy hog story.

Blue Beanie Day 2009

30th November, 2009

Bacon Brothers

Bacon Brothers

27th September, 2008

Brothers in Bacon. Good music and good food seem to go hand–in–hand or is that hand–to–mouth–&–ear. Regardless, these are definitely four strips of sizzelin’ bacon!
